Le Pompon

Of course this short film should please to most audiences, because it shows a single mother of a five years old boy, a character whom many audiences will recognize themselves in. The typical single mother who tries to push her son to fight in life. Most of the movie takes place aboard a merry go round and the mother insists, becomes obsessed by the fact that the little boy catches the tail, this "pompon " destined to amuse kids aboard the merry go rounds. It is a metaphor, but told in a light hearted way. We could say that's a comedy, though it speaks of a serious social problems evoking single mothers.
