Jagapati lives happily with his extended family of banker brother Suman , Sister in law Sita , and their kids . Suman is tricked into swindling the bank by Prakash Raj . He is assumed to be guilty by all the investors . There is a confrontation when he comes to know and in this process Suman gets killed by PRakash Raj's henchmen . Jagapati vows vengence and starts accumulating people for his revenge . He uses mimicry artist Ali to create confusion and twists in every one's minds . Prakash Raj is finally brought to book . Jagapati babu speaks in a low soft pitch through out without much screaming . Prakash Raj is the back bone of the movie as usual with his comic antics . Neha the heroine hardly has any role to play except to look pretty and dance well . Its a family movie wtih many comic moments .
