Outside of work, Maria lives a relaxed family life. Niko, Maria's brother makes a surprising return to Rovaniemi with the ulterior motive of getting Maria back in the boxing ring. The family dynamic is not as open as it could be, because Maria and Niko's father, Esko's big loan is revealed.

A fire starts during pop star Amanda's concert, and Maria and Samu are on the case. But what is the figure in the bear costume doing on the surveillance video?
