First want to tell about good things in movie. 1995 backdrop so director maintain that periodic trending and technology. Tried to imply few scenes related to govt work culture. Sam CS background score good. If good part is 30% other is 70%. Venu character didn't understand properly like his own dubbing. Emotions between important characters are not connected. Shown RT as ambidextrous didn't understand why, intentionally showing he has multi talented but didn't convince properly. Story is predictable. Last 30mns weaken more. Not much importance to many characters. Finally director had some talent in making but chosen weak story with poor screenplay.

The basic concept of movie is good . Story is good .

But the direction is big let down ,some actors / actress acting is very foolish , music and songs are rubbish .

Emotions are not convincing . Hero charecterization is not that good .

Ramarao is one of the common name in yesteryear generation, so is the commonnes of this story. Pretty much similar with numerous police stories. Hurdles of the genuine police officer and his sttrugle to overcome for reaching a happy ending.

Raviteja's energy is everywhere and anytime. If there's anything new is the heroine's roles and to highlight hero Venu role.

The fights anyway test our patience to wait for the already known ending. Songs didn't disappoint to the level by taking us overseas while we wait for the end. Item girl Anveshi Jain needs a special mention for keeping up to the task. But another aspect of the patience testing episode is the hero's school love life. This episode didn't add any flavour onscreen. It would rather have better feel if narrated by a schoolmate/friend of the Hero.

Script is Garbage, Direction is Senseless.

Raviteja is okay, female leads and all other actors are under utilised.

Venu is wasted.

Cinematography and Action Choreography is good.

Music and Editing are poor.

Not worth watching.

Only telugu people bear this type of films and heroes.

Hero routine action No proper screen play and story Heroines are just asusual Venu wasted one more opportunity I don't want to watch any more telugu movies in theare.

Old story', Ravi Teja acting is good , but story and screen play was not good as expected, You will remember some of old tollywood movies while watching this , BGM ASLO Not good at all Ravi Teja should try some of the experiment movies , Over all movie is flop.

Story - Same old same old Editing - Probbaly the worst I've even seen Direction - Pretty average Songs - Don't even talk about them. Ear torture.

Acting - RT is good as usual. Female lead role mediocre.

Fights - Ridiculous. Gravity defying nonsense.

BGM: OK Overall: Another trash movie unloaded on Telugu audience.

Good movie. Story running fully suspense , nice concept.good to see this type script in ravi teja , comedy missing , titile song and bull bull thrang good songs.

NOT GOOD STORY 1ST HALF IS TOTALLY BOARING AND NOT ENGAGEMENT 2ND HALF IS SO DISAPPOINTED BAD CHOREOGRAPHY AND SONG.

UNNECESSARY SCENE AND DIALOGUES.

The movie is no way your typical Raviteja movie. No comedy, no silly banter and no unnecessary hyping of the hero. The story is well-written. The way the plot builds, adding layer after layer of mystique will definitely keep you engaged. The actors' talent shines through, and I applaud the director for managing to make good use of each and every character. For a setting in 1995, the cinematography is excellent. I was appreciative of the fact that this wasn't done in your typical commercial movie style.

There were some elements in the story that do fail to make sense though. They are easy to spot so I won't mention them. And sometimes, Raviteja's expressions fail to match the plot of the scene as if he doesn't understand the context of the setting. Same with the dialogues: they don't make all that much sense at points.

But overall, a good movie for a Friday night if you have nothing at hand. And Raviteja does prove that he indeed is not a one-trick pony.

This movie is so boring that i have to watch it on 4X speed but still i waited for something interesting to happen but nothing is to watch in movie i just quit movie in half WORSE MOVIE I HAVE EVER SEEN Only things i liked was anveshi Jain in this movie REST ALL Things story , script, acting , characters , is worst.

Rama rao on duty is the worst south movie i have ever watched till now . This movie could have been better many ways . And length of movie is very huge like 3 hours for this movie is wastage of time . I wonder how people who have watched this movie in cinema would have felt by wasting 3 hours.

Ravi teja selected a good scripit. The female leads are good. Ravi teja acts in peak level and the background score are also excellent. But some songs are just ok! In the movie twists are superrr. Preclimax fight is excellent.

Leave the songs, though they look gd separately and not necessary for this kind of movie, The story narration is great. If you want to understand and enjoy the nmovie, watch it 2nd time.. The red sanders smuggling process explanation was eye opener and its so detailing unlike in other movies came with same backdrop. The best aspect of this movie screenplay is how it uses several investigations to reveal the mystery. Internal twist was unexpected but missing something, may be usual camera and editing opticals. Best fights in recent days and i like the train fight a lot and watched repeat. Hindi dubbing is not that well but i watched some portions in original. The item song is good. I didnot like portion when suddenly song comes in when serious scenes are going on. I think this director has no experience in placing songs. His unique style of narration of scenes and story is very good though.

Rama Rao on duty is a good film. In the film, I like the action scenes.

Action scenes are very good quality. Action direction and action choreography and others are very good. Mass maharaja Ravi Teja is a great actor. His Action, style, dialogues are superb. In The Movie, Crime drama thrilled is exciting. The movie is very enjoyable for me. Ravi Teja 's Action Always Powerful. Rama Rao on duty movie 's Screenplay, Cinematography, Direction are very good.

This Movie Remind Me, Pushpa Movie because in the film, there's showing seesachalan jungle. Smuggling at Laal Chandan .

What works in this movie is entire story narration. Slowly picks up and natural performance of chracters. Praising ramarao character only one thing that bothered alot bcoz its toomuch. Best fights. Good songs. I like the villain portion episode operation mayam. John vijay character is good. I did not understand some portion when he explains how hero found missing men. But when i rewind and played it back, its nice. Interval scene is very good and venu character is nice. HIs voice seems to be dubbed by someone else and not good otherwise his body language is very entertaining. Big character after long time. If there is sequel, his character is nice. Pushpa connection in the end on milk tank is good idea but not sure how it going to be linked. Its a proper Tamil movie :) frankly. Good time pass with loads of content.

The movie is good, Ravi Teja is just a character in the movie, this should be one of his best characters. No usual comedy, no over expressions, no punch dialogs, no people flying in air in fights ( at least stunt man got some breath from flying) no direct involvement of villain (villain did not had cried dialogs)

Just an investigation movie.

Sometimes people reject films based on the mood of the crowd.. expectations...Ramarao on duty is one such a film which has complete story engaging with suspense mindbending twists. This is best for OTT release..enjoy screenplay .. performances especially complex story linked to many characters..it is very difficult task to handle all the characters involved in the story..police gangsters.. department people are shown in real nature ..perfect blend of cinematography with background score by C Sam..sarath mandava has all the potential to bring the best out of his writing in terms of story telling..I hope he would manage to kick the pot.

I went for this movie only for Divyansha Kaushik 😍 and her song satisfied me 😌 and great acting by Ravi Teja i even got wet watching the last song Sottala Buggallo great experience.

Another masala film from our favorite king of hearts Sir Ravi Teja, the movie feels like a complete dish, all the taste buds have their best experience in this motion cinema. Love you Mass Maharaj Ravi Teja Sir. All the Love, Health and wealth to you sir.

Now sure why low rating.. this is in par with first class movies
