Movie starts well but ending revealing serial killer was expected one and not surprised.
Main villain as an actor got good recognition in last 2-3 years. He was shown less than 10minutes screen time till climax portions so obviously movie lover and follower knows more to come from him in the movie.
Next thing, it was not convincing that killer give newspaper ad same day for both his father obituary and his business ad. Any smart killer will not do that.
Acting wise all did great job, movie keeps interesting till full first half and sometime for second half. Definitely one time watch if you like crime/thriller zone.

HIT sounded and looked like an interesting movie and I had planned to watch after seeing the promos and trailer of Adivi Sesh's Second Case. It interested me enough to put the previous movie as well in my list but somehow both movies were pushed down in my TBW (to be watched) list with my priority and propensity to watch my listed English movies followed by Malayalam, Bengali, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada and Hindi in that order.
I have seen Adivi Sesh on screen in other movies in negative roles and liked his screen presence. Here in The Second Case he plays close to his normal screen persona, a cool dude and plays it well.
For people who have seen the earlier movie (I saw this first and saw Vishwak's movie second. Have not seen the Hindi movie) Sesh is the absolute anti-thesis to Vishwak's character, laid back and analytical.
This movie and Sesh' character does not have any emotional baggage but the story here is stronger than the first one and is well written. The direction and atmosphere is above board and relentless.
The story is well paced and the characters emote well. Rao Ramesh plays his part and Srinath reprises his role from the earlier movie. Suhas shines late in the movie bringing a cool ruthlessness that I haven't seen in any of his earlier movies although he has shown glimpses of his raw power in Prasanna Vadanam.
Nani's late entry bodes well for the series with the third movie having released earlier this month while I'm writing this review.
I would love a story about Vishwak's panic attacks and that should make for a compelling background story.
Unlike the police world created by Rohit Shetty with his Singham series this series from Nani's production has the potential to take on new levels as long as the star power is kept in the background which I can only comment after watching Nani in the 3rd Case.
The movie is compelling and Sesh is an actor whose moves are well prepared here.
Recommend this for people who have not seen this. Check it out on Prime OTT lke me.

I don't know if it's the standard set by the first part or the second part's trailer, I came out of the theatre with a little bit of disappointment.
But is it bad? Definitely NO.
The movie is far better than any average Indian movie.
The beauty of hit 1 is its originality - no usual templates or whatsoever.
Whereas in Hit 2, makers tried to take the template "serial killer vs i know all cop" route.
I'm afraid after watching the glimpse of hit 3 in the climax of hit 2 because it seemed like any commercial Telugu cop's role.
It would be great if Sailesh don't fall for these template traps while working with these big heroes.
A true/ original film like Hit 1 is all we need from him.

2nd part has unnecessary emotional scenes, lacked the maturity of the 1st one, writing wasn't gripping. Please improve but as a standalone story its a 1 time watch. Be authentic atleast in crime stories. Stop sending an SP of a district to a bloody investigation alone where he's definitely sure he'll be confronted by antagonists. Come on change the writing we are bored of these silly things. Anyway 1st one was way better. Tollywood has very few good stories without unnecessary scenes inserted for sake of emotion.
.. .. The music was composed by Vivek Sagar with cinematography by Niketh Bommireddy and editing by Ravi Teja Girijala. The film released on 29 June 2018. It received positive reviews for its humour, performances, writing and dialogues.

Just watched Hit-2 the second case!! Literally one if the Bloodiest movie in telugu, I went to threater with low expectations because of now a days telugu cinema is producing more flop movies than content based films,, but this HIT-2 went beyond my expectations, every frame is very important to this movie (very fast screen play) coming to performances Adivi sesh rocked in K. D role and rest of the cast did well and justified in their roles, music could have been better, DOP work is quite thrilling, coming to writer director sailesh he succeed in giving a sequel can't wait for this HIT-Verse. Post credit scene is too good, waiting for HIT-3 .At last No spoilers No Piracy!!!
Lo sapevi?
- BlooperKD asks an old lady about one of the victims, but she tells that she does not remember as many years have passed (she mistook the victim for someone else in the past). And the next second, surprisingly, she tells him everything about that other victim in the past. The purpose of this scene was only to mention that previous victim.
