This is definitely worth watching.i hesitated at first to watch this series beacause of the imdb but it is definitely a good series.you can go for it but don't leave this series in the middle.you must watch the full series to fully understand the story.

This is an ANIME, to compare it to a video game is unjustified even if they're the same story line - that'd be like saying that Milla Jovovich wasn't a good video game character (she obviously isn't one). Most of the bad reviews I've seen are from people doing just that. Then people that don't even watch past the first few episodes that are complaining about character development...umm, with so many characters, it's gonna take a while to develop that for every one - and this anime does a great job of adding in just a little character development to about 10 different characters per episode after the first 2 episodes, and that's tough to manage. Then I've even seen complaints about the animation itself, that's just flat out BS, it's just as good animation as any other anime out there if not better. Biased people just shouldn't be able to leave reviews, it winds up ending good things for the people that can look at things from a fresh perspective.

This is the most annoying anime I have ever watched. It got a 5 from because: 1. The story line was inconsistency 2. It was not authentic 3. Good ideas but no follow through 4. We didn't really care about the characters that died, so what was the point 5. Had an interesting concept but did not build the idea - frustrating.

2 episodes in, and was sceptical if I should watch it at first. I have not tried the game or even knew it existed before. First episode was okey, but not more. But enough for me to watch the second, here things start to get better. And with the cliffhanger I'll definitely will watch the trird episode when it's out at least. It's not one of those anime who you can tell from the intro that this will be epic, it will not be in the top 10 best anime, but I'd say it has potential to be in the top 5 this season if it keep getting better at each episode.

7,5/10 so far, but think and really hope that after next episode it will be 8/10.
