"Cowboys" received the "Bohica Award" from the festival through which it was made, The Duke City Shootout. BOHICA stand for "Bend Over Here It Comes Again." During the 3 allotted days for shooting, everything from loosing locations, equipment failure, and a surly D.P. was very hard on the director/writer Betsy Burke and the cast and crew. But we were rewarded with a great film that did very well in the festival circuit, won awards, launched the film careers of two boys, and is on its way to a distribution deal.
