Realistic film but with slow pace. Different type of storytelling than usual.

Only underworld movie lovers can like it, others may stay away from this.

If we see Ramu's work on underworld movies, there 's no other directors of early 2000, who knows underworld better than him. Movies like company, D, Satya, Sarkar - trilogy. Story telling , n starcast was the USP of these movies. But this time ,Ramu focused only on story, no famous actors, no marketing. Even the narration also did by Ram Gopal Verma himself. Story is very well written- you can easily get connected to the movies- which has been made on similar subject (like shootout at vadala,n Once upon a time in Mumbai). This movie could be sure shot hit if good starcast would have been taken, rather than all new comers. Overall is a worthfull one time watch.

When everybody was busy trolling Radhe,here RGV released a disaster without anyone noticing. This film will bore you to death. RGV please quit direction, we can't take your crap anymore. Don't watch this film even in your free time.

Basically this is just another gang war movie with not much to watch.

In the Beginning scene itself the Narrator calls the Gangster with lot of respect, shows that he is at his mercy, Also in the entire movie the narration goes like that where in the D company is country's pride and knowing its A B C D's is our birth right. Very bad message.

The Plus points are no Nepo-kids , new actors done well, suggest cast them in some good script so that they also get some recognition.

RGV with another same old gangstar story on mumbai underworld. Cluless acting(or overacting), dialogues old fashioned. Script same as that of previous rgv movies. Editing at its worst. Needless item song by rgv's new ******. In one word pathetic. Even radhe is better than this.

For an ardent fan of quality movies, it is a sheer waste of time. It seems to have been directed by kids and not some mature direction team.

Movie just follow misleading and simply try to brainwash how good people these are DONT WASTE YOUR TIME.

Good movie and no nepo-kids, all new actors performed very good and waiting for the next part. RGV's narration is also magnificent.

Thought this was a C grade movie. I am surprised RGV's name is attached to this. Horibble directing, dialogues and wtf is the song?? Really bad overall.

Appreciate the director RGV for tremendous effort and flawless direction. I felt the movie is realistic and engaging as a gangster movie. Waiting for the sequel. I think the movie was delivered based on the actual sequence of the incident.

D Company for sure is the end of RGV from the industry, a man who contributed in changing Bollywood cinema , feel sorry to witness his exit as total failure. This movie with a strong subject like Dawood one of the most popular successful don could have been one of the best of RGV's career. Watching this movie makes one feel the maker has completely lost it or not in sense.

Ok so script is old, but it was a true story until now, which means RGV is trying to make a criminal hero or forcing his research upon is.

In other words he had researched a lot about Daud, but now-a-days people are more interested in other things.

Still he might has chance to proove himself worthful only if he shows truth of a criminal not as hero.

Starting is ok but he has to be more cautious about his next parts as they should not be character centric, and must show the dark and true side of "DAUD" so my expectation are very high and want to know the truth.

Movie is overall good in the first 15mins you will hear background Voice from RGV to introduce all characters who are acting in Dcompany.

Rgv always come with a different story which elevates the real incidents, D Company clearly shows the starting era of underworld, Nice screen play and awesome direction. A Must watch filim.

One of the my best movies ever. One of the most watchable film in the recent times.

Greate Story line. Greate director. Waiting for the Continuation.

The rise of Dawood is shown in this movie with narration and a good sequence. I am not sure why people are calling this as a disaster, maybe coz its RGV. I do not think he addressed Dawood with any respect. The narrator tries to show the rise of a don in Mumbai and how at one point Mumbai was in the grips of underworld. The songs are pathetic hence I rated it 8. The movie doesn't bore you. The story flows very well and keeps you hooked till the end.

Ashwath and Rudr Kanth have acted well. At least RGV is giving opportunities to outsiders. Waiting for part 2 of this series.

I watched this film in Spark Ott, after watching this I have taken subscription for Spark Ott and eagerly waiting for D-Company part 2.
