Eoneu yeoreumnal bame

I went into watching this without really knowing anything about it (except that it had very graphic sex scenes lol), but I was shocked at how intense and genuinely interesting I found it. It's very rare to find such good movies (or series) about gay people and relationships, that doesn't either try to cover the queer elements up (sexuality not being shown much, gay relationships "playing straight roles", etc) or try to clearly only make it for a straight demographic, but this movie didn't seem like any of that, and was something that I felt comfortable watching as a queer person. This movie wasn't only a romance (actually I wouldn't say it was one at all), but a beautiful movie about war, poverty and life.
