The Barber of Seville

I liked it well enough, but I wanted more. I've just watched the Barber put on at Theatre des Champs Elysees in 2017 and liked it more: better singing and more involving staging. I'd review it but IMDb has no listing for it (grrr!). The numbers go by pleasantly enough, but with an underpowered Almaviva in Taylor Stayton--and his part is so big--the excitement is not there.
