Bluetopia

Creative perspective on artists in a society taken over by technology, one that doesn't seem too far out of reach

Bluetopia is a powerful and timely reflection of today's rapidly changing culture with a wonderful ironic and unexpected twist at its conclusion. What might have at one time not so long ago merely been considered the stuff of fantasy dystopian science fiction is today no longer far fetched, but perhaps prescient of what is just around the corner for society. Appropriately the lead character is an artist. Reminiscent of other major cultural shifts in our society - like the 60's - artists will play a profound role in leading us through and beyond to whatever new equilibrium will emerge.
