Powerful noble - Cadis Etrama Di Raizel (aka Rai) - has slept for 820 years with no knowledge of mankind's advancement and scientific successes. He wakes up in an abandoned building in South Korea; needing to get used to the modern world.
s. M-21 has adjusted to his new ordinary, everyday life. A sense of trust is gradually created between him and Regis, who he was often in conflict with.
Razel and Frankenstein have decided to stay with Regis and Seri, Regis didn't like how M-12 cooks his food and they both dislike each other. Every day they keep on quarreling and Frankenstein keeps on making peace between them.
Frank asks Seria what has happened and Seria told Frank about the men that they think are M-21 friends. Seria reveals that the men said that M-21 was on a mission and he left with his friends.
Takeo threatens to kill Raizel, causing Frankenstein to release his true power. Below, Raizel demonstrates his mind control effortlessly by bringing Kranz down to the ground.
Takeo notice that Frank can't keep up with his speed he teleports himself behind Frank and points the gun at his back. Frank thinks that it is better he unleash his real power for him to match up with the speed of Takeo.
But, all their plans fail. And, Rai end up keeping the note on Seria's desk. She meets Tashiro after school to tell him that she finds it better when people are being themselves. They all go to the director's house.
Frankenstein is quickly caught in a lie by Raizel as his pursuers show up. Gejutel informs Raizel that the Lord wishes to meet Frankenstein. Raizel shuts this down by stating that Frankenstein works for him (a lie), and the nobles depart
After escaping from the villains that were battling him Frank remembers the first day he met with Raizel inside the darkroom. Five years ago, Rai looks at him and Frank said that he is new to the house and he is looking for the master.
After Frank finished narrating how he met with Rai he decided to stick by Rai since he has shown his kindness to him. The next day the students went to school and Regis can't believe that they are playing child games.
As Raizel heads towards the sanctuary, his path is blocked by a powerful enemy. Meanwhile, Seira, who had been imprisoned, tries to escape to prevent Gejutel's being forced into eternal sleep.
Raizel has entered just in time to stop Raskreia from putting Gejutel and Seira into a forced eternal sleep. The young noble leaders step in to block Raizel but are quickly overpowered.
