Les méchants

I reckon Joe Pesci would be quite furious - and the question would get a different meaning - but let's backtrack and also state: no pun intended. The last couple of years have been .. weird to say the least. We had a lot of things happening that one might call stranger than fiction ... and rightfully so.

So the movie trying to parody reality ... when sometimes you can't tell if people are being serious or trolling or trying to be funny (the latter may be the worst) ... it is quite the task it sets itself out to do and to achieve ... you be the judge of course, but as the rating already is showcasing ... not many feel it does a great job.

That said, the movie is not super bad either - which comes down to the actors, who still are able to give this some gravitas. Of course having one character dragged away in front of live (tv) cameras makes as little sense as it is funny ... touching zero that is. Also if you like bonus scenes, there is one after the credits .. with a cameo ... but kind of wasted too ... almost like a mirror to what we got served during the initial run time ...

Not a movie. Only a big endless Sketch... No scenario. I laugh a little bit, but I don't think it's okay to make someone pay for the quality of this movie. I went directly to see another comedy after the movie because I was so disappointed...

There is no story or character arc. The entire movie relies on punchline thrown at each other, which works until you start realizing there won't be any story.
