Definitely worth a watch

As others said its a slow burner but really well written with abroad range of characters you can relate to well worth a watch.

Worth sticking with.

The series starts off a little rocky. The premise appears thin, but it's really worth sticking with.

It is formulaic, but the characters really develop and the comedy becomes more natural and, in some ways, quite dark.

Horrocks and Punch play true to type and neither ever miss a beat.

Not terrible for a few decent laughs and a simple watch

A pretty easy watch if you just need something basic, couple of good lines an episode worth a laugh. It's one of those comedies you've probably seen better and you've probably seen worse. I'd continue to watch it if it gets another season. I'm from the US and don't know where precisely you'd find it there though.

Funny!

This is a very amusing show. Don't listen to the haters, give it a watch yourself. First episode is the weakest (but is still good), and the rest of them are hilarious.

Good characters, funny storylines. Particularly funny if you work in emergency services, but an easy watch for anyone.

Give it at least 2 episodes

Definitely not deserving of 1/10. It actually has some amusing storyline's and tackles some quite serious issues with quirky humour. Fun to watch if you just want to sit back and enjoy the absurdity whilst recognising people in your own orbit.

On Thursday, 5th August 2021, Sky Television announced that they commissioned a 6-episode second series of the sitcom. Later on Series 2 was increased to 10 episodes and was released in two blocks of five episodes each block. Filming on series two commenced in London in August 2021. However, with Sky having already announced that they were closing the Sky One television channel in September 2021, Bloods series two switched to the refreshed sister channel Sky Comedy. Series 1 opened with 889,000 viewers but that rapidly fell to just 140,000 for episode 6, series 1 also garnered mixed reviews from critics. Series 2 episodes 1-5 was released in March 2022 in the UK with episodes 6-10 filmed and broadcast later that year.
