Very old concept portrayed with same old slow speed and non-realistic way. Family members are having filmy dance on every occasion and dialogs are dumb.

I haven't seen such a terrible serial. No logic, Unrealistic, No women in this world could be so good to let her husband go with another women without any alimony.

I think ITV really needs to see what's actually happening in the real world. Gone are the days where a woman was not treated Well and obviously these storylines existed in the 90's movies. But the time has changed and women are not treated like furniture. What kind of message is passed to the society by this content. Rupali Ganguly is a versatile actor and she carries the role very well, but highly disappointed with the content.

This show is super cringe specially the main character anupama her habits are beyond normal , her dilouges consists just long lectures with no action . They potray her like saint who has all the knowledge in this world related to every situation. I watched this because my family told me it is morality based show which is non sense . All the makers did to try and gain sympathy by making everyone villian except anupama and her well wishers .

Everyone in this show have their amount of faults except anupama who somehow became perfect after the betrayal from her husband. She gives 10 min of lecture in 20 min show.

Such a horrible show. Horrible.

Started as a show to make women independent strong and opinionated, is now an aimless stupid show.

People keep slapping their family members. Talk about slapping. I mean how can you say kaan ke neechey sitaar bajaungi to a 40 year old people.

Anyway, this should be the least concern.

Every day of Anupama and XYZ characters start with some drama, ends with another drama. Okay. Daily soap. But why do they preach of women being ndependent, working.

Nobody is shown ever to go to an office. They just take leaves like anything. The story writers are stupid or what? Have they ever seen a working women or men for that matter?

Everybody is at home with some drama. Still so rich.

Please make the producers stop this show.

Please don't watch this show.

Please stop your moms/aunts from watching show. (Even I'm trying. Atleast she misses some episodes now when I'm at home. Still wip)

This show is an attack on the traditional Indian family structure. It has people pretending to be "sanskaris" doing the most illogical things with stupid gyaani lectures every here and there.

This time I will not be renewing my family's Hotstar subscription purely because of a sense and brainless show like this. If you do not how Indian families are and what our practices are, do not pretend to know.

This show is nothing but an upper class man's fantasy about a middle class household.

Very systematically teaching women to be a slave of husband and in laws, where as our culture always taught a husband and his wife complete each other, neither of them are a master nor a slave. Where as in this serial they are showing whatever you husband does he is your God. And although you come to know about his adultery or you take divorce, but if you in laws are willing to keep you with them along with your cheater husband and his new wife for their convenience, you must keep your self respect aside and stay there and serve for them. The writer manipulates all the characters just to justify and make the protagonist look perfect and God like. For example, Katya who used to shiver at the thought of how should would face Anupama if she ever found out about their affair. The same women now fights with her in the most ridiculously childish manner. That's on character growth. The protagonist is so unrealistic. She works more than a gennie and expects the same from others as well. And if they don't do so, the serial protagonist it as a negative trait.

Writer is trying to convince the audience that whatever your husband does as a good empowering woman you must fulfill the need of his family.

Its been more than week that you've been showing Paakhi being rude to everyone this will teach children to be rude with their parents.

The character Kaavya is nonsense.!

We know daily soap needs Vamp for the TRP but now it's enough.!

This serial was made for society change and not to be irritating.

Too loud overacting by almost every actor, especially Anupamaa & her long unwanted & unnecessary "sanskari" lectures. Anupamaa is portrayed overly sanskari & highly matured, like whatever she says or do is always right! Her character is so irritating!

I wanted to suggest you people to reunite the Anuja with Anupama. It brings changes in society. If kavya and vanaraj can marry and settle. Then why people and society raises wise for simple life leading women. Please think about it.

The acting of Rupali Ganguli (Anupamaa) is too good. I have fallen in love with her acting. There is a scene where Anupamaa is waiting for elder son (left his house). She see a bad dream and then she wakes up and the acting she dose was too good. My rating is just for Rupali Ganguli awesome acting. Rest the series is slow, same old story but I don't think no one harras there mother or wife in India in this way.

This show is utter nonsense. This is a prof that the Indian TV space will never evolve and stick with the same story. I will never understand how this show managed to score such good TRP

The haunting fact is that this isn't even the worst show airing on the TV right now

Most of the good performers and creators have adapted to OTT and they are making far better content than TV.

I don't think that we will ever be able to make content at par with the International standards.

It is a terrible and unbearable show based on the same concept from the 90s which has been continued till now. This has to end somewhere. Indian TV space never fails to disappoint.

First she want to be a good cooking teacher which is mich reasonable according to the show but suddenly after 2 and 3 days, she opens dance academy Wtf and his dumb son summer and after 2 to 5 episode, she become business partner of his lover ,what qualifications don't know? Capital for business is Masala and speech , and more important How she get in college buy speech or masala quota. Give us a break she don't even know to spells and read cant even say "sorry" . Buy her only friend she told her toxic family that she was a school topper . So moral of show is " Never get job until 40s wait your billionaire lover will come and marry you your degrees are just price of paper"

I honestly think Anupama is the best among the star plus soaps. I'm not saying that it's not illogical sometimes like other soaps, it is. But the way the character of Anu deals with real life issues, it might help many or even influence people not to get affected by the issues they face in life.

She does a lot for this family and they pretend to care but make her stay by emotionally blackmailing without respecting her dignity. I lost the respect for this main character when she stayed. Every time she opens her mouth feels like she is not real and bores with her lecture before coming to the point. This is not the character who would bravely face the situation with dignity and self respect.

Toshu is the worst character and I can't believe Kinjal would like to stay with this idiot. Who would like to spend rest of their life with a person who would not even stand for such a mother who sacrifices everything.

A very good light hearted show by Star Plus.....Which features a life of a real mother in India.Rupali Ganguly's acting is so real. Must Watch.

First of all most of the reviews are like...oh you wrote old I'll also... The actors are quite well and they know their role better than these spam misleads. It's a very well written and conceptual show. However sometimes it looses it's main theme.. which necessary in a daily soap to get TRPs..This show has been leading in no.1 spot of TRP chat since 8 months..So it has something that people like

It again tries to instil the notion that women need to be superhumans in order to exist in this society. Why can't they just be normal humans?

Just to portray housewives in a better light, the makers are belittling working women and showing them in a poor light. According to them, working women are no good unless they can cook, do household chores, and slog day in & day out. Men in the show on the other hand are all pampered kids and can do nothing themselves and only make demands and order.

In a world where women today are achieving great feats, judging them on standard age-old parameters is doing them no good. Also, men in the real world today actually understand this and equally shoulder household chores something completely unseen in the show till date.

Hope the makers gain some sense and don't try to idolise a 'typical bahu' and a 'typical son' in an Indian society.

This show is most illogical show. It is not only impacting mentally health but also the trust among relations. It is all about someone having affairs and someone's child with some stupid justification and then living under same house. Every character in this show is brainless and actor who are playing these characters should understand this problem seriously. I see many people who gave more than 2 stars to this show are more idiots and stupid then these characters of the show. My suggestion to the television industry is to stop making such nonsense drama as it has adverse effects on the society as well as mental health.
