Luka is poor, his girlfriend Mila works at Aleksa's company. Aleksa is proposing to Sofija, making his mother in Paris reconsider returning. But she makes final decision only when her e-mail receives a terrifying letter .

Aleksa is stressed about his mother's visit, becoming cruel to employees. Ivan struggles with debt. Panceta discovers Nada's feelings for Luka. Sofia and Matija plan to take property. Ada investigates baby swapping claims.

Ada gets back to town and is shocked to learn how her son is mistreating his employees. She woes to change things around and will teach Aleksa a lesson. The Gang from Panceta's house meets for drinks at Tica's bar. Strahinja comes back and surprises everyone. Everybody has a good time, except for Mila, who has to work late. Aleksa offers her the ride, but she declines. On the way home she gets attacked and arrives to the bar wounded. Ada visits the nurses who swap the babies and is shocked to learn that Aleksa is not her real son. She asks Vukasin to find her real son and swore him to secrecy.

Ada is determined to find her son. She asks Vukasin for help and tells a heartbreaking story to her aunt Lila. Aleksa prepares a engagement party for Sofija, unbeknown to him that she's sleeping with his cousin Matija and that they are after his money. Aleksa asks Mila for help to pick an engagement ring for Sofija. On the way to her party, Sofija has a flat tire in Luka's neighborhood and reluctantly asks him for a help. Luka jumps at opportunity and is shamelessly flirting with her, much to Sofija's disgust. Ada is shocked to learn that her long-lost son Luka helped Sofija with the tire.
