Always a pleasure when the talented young actor McKenna Grace guests! Steals every scene she's in.

No disrespect intended here, but I was eating my dinner (in front of the TV, very 60s), I was also on my tablet viewing a hobby site of some interest, and Young Sheldon was kind of on in the background, it was an amusing episode from what I saw, and then there was a moment, somewhat prolonged and devoid of laughs, the camera moved in close to the young character of Paige as she delivered a vulnerable and heartbreaking monologue and I found myself riveted, I'd put my tablet aside and my dinner sat there under the steady gaze of my pup, the scene lasted only a few minutes but I found myself utterly, completely invested in her story, it was understated and a subtle delivery, nothing over the top emotionally yet it grabbed my and pulled me in and held me, and I will be giving this my full attention in future episodes.

Excuse my enthusiasm but I just finished watching this episode, and I came away from it having experienced a moment of first impression. Hardly ever have I seen an actor of any age deliver a performance as honest and as real and heartbreaking and emotionally raw as the one tonight from McKenna Grace, who plays Sheldon and Missy's smart friend Paige, whose parents are getting divorced. According to my calculations from the info on your website, McKenna is 13. And in this episode she gives us a performance that'll make Meryl Steep envious. Someone should tell Meryl not to watch it she's going to get so upset. I was sitting on the couch, incredulous at how good her performance was. Not just in the big now-here-it-is scene, but in every moment she was on screen. I hope she reads this. Speaking as a member of the audience you anticipated reaching, it was truly a rewarding experience.

And then, there's the storyline between George and Georgy that's so real and so right you feel like you're eavesdropping on an actual situation rather than watching television. And Iain (Sheldon). Man oh man. I know Sheldon's not athletic but tonight he knocked it outta the park. Really, every actor on this episode disappeared and some very real people emerged.

In today's world, I can't begin to say how grateful (read: relieved) I am that I get to spend 22 minutes a week in this East Texas town in 1990 with that group of people. The high quality of this show makes it easier somehow.

While I wasn't a regular viewer of BBT, I knew of all the characters and now watching Young Sheldon IMO is truly a gem!!! I love all the actors, I love how it's set in the late 90's, and in this episode, McKenna Grace's performance was absolutely outstanding!!!

She's in her early teens and the grace, poise and maturity of her monologue where she is expressing her deep down feelings concerning her parent's divorce and her seeing how everything and everyone around her is changing was one of the best performances I have seen in a very long time! I would love to see more of her in future episodes and I look forward to many more years of Young Sheldon.
