TV Presenter Mike Chen is taking on his biggest challenge to date as he prepares to compete in perhaps the toughest World Rally Championship event on the WRC Calender, Wales Rally GB. In this episode, Mike travels to Ireland for some expert tuition from Citroen factory driver, Craig Breen. That experience made him realise he needs to get fit and so, with Rally GB looming ever closer he starts his intense training schedule.

In episode four, Mike goes back to his roots when he takes a McLaren 570S for a jolly good thrashing around a race track as he continues to explore the differences between circuit racing and rallying. And Mike heads back to Cumbria for his one and only test in the Rally car before he and co-driver Richard head for the start ramp of Wales Rally GB...but did he manage to keep it out of the trees?
