Interesting scenery - though explored by a numer of other movies with similar standpoint - where a family remains isolated at home due to a mysterious external natural disaster.

Unfortunately the execution is not on par with the nice ideas about the setting and few well crafted scenes: both the screenplay and the acting are at times quite bad.

A directorial debut that screams "I have a lot of clever things to say" and I'm sure of that: hopefully something better will come next.
