too many candles

I discovered Shabanna Azeez in Aquaphobia . And I was seduced by her performance. Crush is a confirmation. Sweet story of shy young girl attracted by a young girl, seller in candle shop, she translates, in more than well manner, the hesitations, the quasi- courage, the try to convince about date and the fail of a positive answer.

A nice short film about friendship, to, proposing seductive gestures of not courage and precise advices.

But, sure, the top is represented by the end, just...adorable.

In short , a nice - sweet comedy in which the lesbian aspect becomes insignificant for the universal traits of story, for smart crafted humor, for gentle - cool construction of characters.
