Life continues in Sulukule. Güllüye (Gülsen Bubikoglu), her mother Sabahat (Perran Kutman) and uncle Bekir (Semsi Inkaya), Bayram (Mujdat Gezen), her father Emin (Münir Özkul), her sister (Aysen Gruda) and her aunt Rabis (Asuman Arsan). All Sulukule residents gathered and gave their support to their candidates for the election of a new ceremonial leader. For this task, which was passed from father to son in the past, a general election was held by keeping up with the modern age. Bekir and Bayram are two rival candidates, who were dismissed due to excessive drunkenness. The fight of the two sides, which contend with abundant promises, ends at the police station again. Meanwhile, when the money is heavy, with the pressure of Sabahat, Güllü takes the stage in the casino of drug smuggler Tayfur (Öztürk Serengil). When Bayram's and Tayfur's bags are mixed up, Bayram, who has come to the stage of suicide due to sadness because of Güllü, sees the money in the bag and decides to live.
