Amy!! Give your husband a break!

I have been watching this show since it first aired. Rarely do you see a man so eager to please his wife, let alone family, as I have seen in Matt (I don't care how tall he is). Why does Amy so outwardly criticize him, in front of the children, on air, etc.? She is so mean to him, and it has completely rubbed off on the children. I don't blame the children, they are just emulating what they have learned from their mother, but why would you constantly beat a man down like she does? He, obviously, has more physical obstacles that the rest of the family, but she cuts him absolutely no slack. I have never, ever (and I am married to a good man) seen a man that tries harder, and takes more verbal abuse, than that man. Amy, you need to watch some of the episodes and witness how you treat your caring husband. If this is how she acts in front of the cameras, I can't even imagine how she must act when they are not on. I feel sorry for him. I've never witnessed a man treated more purely than Matt by his wife.

Great look at a good family

The whole family is such a model to all families. The parents are so supportive of their four children. The children are compassionate and normal kids. Jeremy is so good to Zack. The grandparents are always there to give help when needed. It makes you feel good to watch them.

In addition to seeing a good family in action, we get the chance to view the lives of people that we would consider "different" and see them just like any one else. It is amazing how the father succeeded so well in life despite spending much of his childhood in a hospital and with the disadvantage of needing crutches. He and Amy make such a great couple and work so well together. They are inspiration to all of us and their live on the 34 acres is amazing.

    Little People Big Snooze

Maybe I'm missing something here, but I find this show to be a case of much ado about nothing. I was intrigued with the premise enough to watch a few episodes, but once one gets past the fact that three of the cast members are dwarfs, there is nothing remarkable about this family whatsoever. They seem like a nice enough clan, with their comfortably cluttered house, occasionally bratty kids and a few bothersome health issues... just like pretty much every other family I know. After watching an episode devoted almost entirely to the astonishingly unremarkable task of cleaning the twins' room, I vowed never to waste another 30 minutes of my life in the same manner again. I mean really - if I wanted to see dirty clothes strewn about and dust bunnies under the bed, I could have just gone upstairs. The show is to be commended for attempting to educate viewers about little people and demonstrate how they are essentially "just like you and me", but that is also its downfall - for ordinariness simply hasn't made for compelling TV viewing since the days of "Father Knows Best".

    Nothing New or Interesting

Previous seasons felt more "real". New season is just acting in camera for income. I really like Amy. I appreciate Chris helping with divorce transition in order to prevent hatred but I think he goes too far. Nothing wrong with being friends with the ex and it's healthy, but when a person has been toxic and abusive, you can forgive or not forgive and move on. Matt treated Amy really badly on top of having an affair. Chris seems to expect Amy, by being passive aggressive, to not process her feelings. It's ok for her to angry and sad. Let her process it how she needs to. He just seems to never allow her to have any emotion other than happy. Tori and Zach, particularly Tori, are constantly on social media as influencers and watching them on LPBW presents nothing new. Everyone seems like they are trying to act for the camera and it no longer feels like reality. I completely agree with Zach and Tori decision. They don't have to accept the toxic life Matt created. I respect them for that decision. Unfortunately the new season is just not interesting. I think what's great is we no longer view little people as different from everyone else but see them as regular people.

    Amy Roloff Move on !!!!!!

I have been watching this show for some time now .I founded myself always annoyed by Amy who is Never Satisfied and always complaining about Matt. She's a very unappreciative self-absorbed person. She's completely Spoiled .When they got a divorce she wanted the big house and got it Matt moved out into a small house on the farm and made it work.Matt is the only one that's puts 100 percent into that farm. They all want to keep the farm but he's the only one that does all the work .Amy runs around like a school girl with her new boyfriend & Girl friends. She's decides now that the big house and her side of the farm is too much work ,So now she wants the other side that Matt had built his new life on because that's less work for her again putting her needs first . She has the audacity to say that Matt is bullying her when all he's trying to do is get away from her but even with her new boyfriend and her new life she still needs to hold onto Matt so she can still have anger towards him in reality she is really the bully . She Wants It All .Amy MOVE ON !!!!!!

Matthew Roloff: Hi I'm Matt Roloff and this is my wife Amy.

      Amy Roloff: We're little people.

Matthew Roloff: When you're only four feet tall you feel like you're living in a world that wasn't meant for you. I can remember as a child spending my life in the hospital wanting to see the outside world. Now I get to make those dreams come true for our kids on this 40 acre farm in Oregon. My parents live just down the street. They're of average height. It might surprise you to know that Amy's parent's are of average height too. We have four kids.

Amy Roloff: Three of them are of average height and only one of them is little like us.

Matthew Roloff: One thing I wish people would understand about little people.

Amy Roloff: We can do pretty much anything average height people can do. We just do it in a different way.

Matthew Roloff: And this is our story.
