A major strike against this movie is the fact it is not interestingly bad. I mean, Tom Sizemore is okay in his role and Katherine Heigl is just a typical horror movie girl. Leo Grillo is definitely the weak link, and of course he is in the entire film. We get some competent scenes here and there and the bad pacing is all throughout, but there is too many competent things going on. The sound is solid, as well as the post production dialogue recording. The director tried something interesting with the color timing, which has a point when all is said and done. It was kinda hard to sit through.

The story was hard to follow.

But Heigl was Okay.

I liked Madsen as well.

This film is awesome especially for those that like hanging on the edge of their seat! I was so surprised at the ending. I spoke with some friends who also watched it today and we all seem to pick up different things and have a different take on it. I plan to watch it again tonight on my computer while it's still streaming for free. It's definitely one of those movies that you have to watch more than once. I know each time I watch it I'm going to pick up something that I missed. I'm glad I ordered the DVD, which remarkably was only $5.
