The Getaway

THE GETAWAY is a simple story of an overworked female executive who finds herself via a week's spa vacation in an exotic locale. Unpretentious porn from the craftsman Red Ezra delivers the goods.

Blonde Erikson (that's her screen moniker, though IMDb prefers the Erickson spelling for who knows why) is gifted by her boss (George Kaplan, effective in a character acting role) with all-expenses paid vacation to a top spa for some r&r. She's been chained to her desk for too long, and when she did return home caught hubby in flagrante delicto with another beauty.

Bulk of the video takes place at the spa, an idyllic retreat similar to those stereotyped Cinemax settings for late night cable soft porn. Only here we get the real thing, very sensual love scenes, mainly of a lesbian nature.

Julian guest stars as a masseur who gives Erikson exactly what she wants, in tandem with a really hot Oliva Del Rio for the film's threesome highpoint. Denouement has Erikson relaxing out by the pool, but soon Laurie Wallace and Bridgette Kerkove are getting her juices flowing in a different kind of threesome.

This is kind of an easy going, marking time assignment for the usually dramatic Ezra, but his professionalism makes it stand out from a thousand other escapist porn outings. I was taken with bombastic blonde Erikson's beauty, but apparently she got lost in the shuffle and never emerged in porno's top ranks (cf., Jenna Haze, Gina Lynn or Lisa Ann). It's a tough racket!
