Shownieuws is a prime example of shallow, mindless television designed for people who care more about celebrity gossip than actual news. The program thrives on sensationalism, often exaggerating trivial stories just to grab attention. Rather than providing thoughtful discussions or meaningful insights, it churns out low-effort, drama-fueled nonsense that adds absolutely nothing of value.

The hosts often act as if they are discussing world-changing events, when in reality, they are covering pointless celebrity scandals, fabricated controversies, and other unimportant nonsense. If you're looking for something that stimulates your brain, this is the last thing you should be watching. The show caters to the lowest common denominator, and its lack of substance makes it completely unwatchable for anyone with even the slightest interest in real journalism. Avoid at all costs.

let me start at the beginning, the intro it says: (in dutch of course) ''shownews comes to the stars at home'' at the moment that that is said they flash a small clip of some guy, that i have never seen or heard about, probably some guy who had a guest role in a dutch soap, which they call stars/celebs

also in the intro somebody says: what everybody is gonna talk about tomorrow, we tell you today while all the news they bring is about for example that the bike of a soapstar was stolen, who cares, that is no news, they just seem desperately in search of something to say

and that is literally what this hole show is about: if you come on dutch television, to this program you are a star, you nearly never here anything about the real stars, like for example Christina aguilera or one of her kinds, when they go to the ''celebs homes'' they go to unfamiliar people, it even once accured that they went to a friend of a ''celeb'' (soapstar)

this show tries to be something its not, and that is a show with the hottest and newest on celebrity news, while this show is nothing more then a load of crap
