Madhavan tried to be funny. But it didn't workout well. Kamal Hassan should have well suited for this role. Police are shown as jokers. Had a good expectations from other reviews. I'd not recommend this for anyone.

It's been in my watchlist for long time. Finally got a chance to see this feel good movie. It's a one of the best comedy feel good movie in tamil. Also its one of the carer best movie of madhavan.

I watched this film in the fall of 20003 and now i am reviewing it after doing a second watch. Light hearted films like this are rare nowadays. THis film was also released at a time when the world was quite different and it shows the Indian penchant for immigration to west.

A great family movie that can be watched by anyone. Every scene is so carefully crafted to be humorous and there is never a single second where u feel bored. THe performance of the lead actors carry the film throughout. The performance of the debutant actress Geetu mohandas is very refined for a first timer> a few songs and background scores are quite good in the movie especially the romantic number "enna ithu". ALthough the cinematography could have been better , the still shot wide angle photography style works great for such a movie set in a foreign locale to capture the essence of life there. Highly recommended

You will never get bored watching this movie. Madhavan's acting is so natural.

Excellent Movie. Everybody acted good in the movie. Songs and BGM in the movie were good. The comedy scenes in the movie were hilarious. The movie did not lagged or bored at all. The movie was interesting. This movie has one of the Best Performance of R. Madhavan. Excellent Movie.
