In the scene on the couch where Judy offers the twins to rub her feet: One of the twins has both of his hands on the couch. Then, after Judy offers her right foot to rub, the same twin has stepped back and has his hands in his pockets.
In the breakfast scene after Alice and Samantha's relationship has become known: As Judy asks Kate "Where is she?", Lucy puts the knife down from her right hand. Then in the next shot, she puts the knife down again.
The scene with Alice and the nurse sitting in the car in the rain: When Alice asks "Whatever happened to that guy that you were going with in college", the nurse moves her right hand down to her lap. Then, in the next shot, her right hand is at her chin.
Near the end of the movie, when Kate gets in the car with Ryan at the wheel: Ryan's right hand goes from being on Kate's shoulder to her head, and then back to her shoulder.
When Kate and Ryan are walking along the country road after Kate says "I'm sorry you had to see my Grandmother like that": Ryan says "I've never seen anyone like that", Kate squats and puts her hands to her face. Then, her face is uncovered.
Rip Torn's chest rises and falls as he lays dead in the casket during the funeral.
By the lake, the twins ask their father for a lighter to start the small fire from which to light the arrows. When they bend down to light it, you can see that the fire is already going.
When the man in the office is about to show the father's last will and testament video, instead of turning on the TV, he actually turns it off. The camera then cuts to the father's video, but the TV is on.
In the scene where Charlotte, Lucy, Alice and Daniel are driving home from the funeral home, Charlotte opens the door and jumps out. The van is a Dodge Caravan and has sliding doors. The interior door handles consist of a grip handle with a button on it to slide open the door. When she slides it open, it is clearly seen that she doesn't press the button on the grip, and yet, she was able to open it.
The story is set in Rhode Island, yet the hospital is flying the Maryland flag and the license plates are from New York.
