Suresh Oberoi was signed for the film but started playing games when be stopped giving dates. Mahendra Sandhu had to go to Oberoi's house and break down his door, push his wife aside, bash him over this. Danny was then signed to replace Oberoi. It was Prakash Mehra who calmed Sandhu down and made peace between the two. Suresh Oberoi denied the whole incident and stated that if Mahendra had layed one finger on his wife he would have thrown him out of the window. Suresh stated that Mahendra was waiting for him retaliate so he (Mahendra) could give a 100 interviews more .
