Sam Kinison was a great comic genius. Not because he was terrific or odd, but because he was like Andrew Dice Clay with a political touch. And, he is very funny, and this special proves it if you don't believe me. Kinison not only brings to the stage talk about Jesus, Sweatin to the Oldies, Bad TV and Women, he also has a band. If this isn't a laugh out loud special, nothing is. So just remember what Kinison says- AHHHAHHHHAHHHH! A+

This is the second comedy show I've watched of his because I thought the first one was bad and maybe it was an off night. Nope, still not funny.
Just because you scream out punchlines doesn't make it funny. I can see that he influenced a few comedians but I just don't find him funny. Maybe it's the topics or Americans just like lame comedy, I don't know. But if this show was one of his best, it doesn't inspire me to watch anymore.
I gave it 2 stars because the opening live performance wasn't too bad. For me, he's a much better singer and guitar player than a comedian. There's plenty of other better comedians you could be watching.
