Buddha Mil Gaya

It is again a great creation from Greatest Hrishikesh Mukharjee..Acting not overacting,clean dialogue,Suspense and music every field is awesome.

We need remake of this film with Amitabh ji.

Hard to believe that Hrishikesh Mukherjee directed this eminently forgettable movie. There is no suspense. Everything is pretty obvious from the get go. Including who his daughter is. And there is no great comedic moments either. What we do have is very good acting by Om Prakash as usual. But R. D. is at his best. None of the songs really fit in the story line. But they are all very good so it works.

Don't waste your time on this movie. The music and songs are good. The movie is not.

This one is a real entertainer. This movie is genuinely funny and genuinely a mystery. Hrishkesh Mukherjee was a genuinely good director and story-teller; something which a lot of filmmakers seem to forget nowadays. You should also watch some of his other films: they are very different from each other and most are in the lower-budget range but with excellent results. Music and songs are also memorable.

Watch the November 17th 2006 episode's introduction to Buddha Mil Gaya and the song "raat kali ikk khwab me ayee" Maybe you should be acting as their writer.

I used to listen to the songs from this movie all these years. Happend to see the movie now. Surprised to find a funny heroine with no expression, when there is beautiful and talented Aruna Rani is cast as extra. Poor Navin. There was no match. I googled to find this heroine Archana. But no result. Even in the cast her face doesn't appear. Probably, she is some movie guys daughter or close relative. The plot is clearly known when this Mona started spying. But Shetty to be a police detective was a surprise. On the whole this movie goes smoothly. It is a good family movie and time pass. But a bit difficult to believe that it is Rishikesh mukarjee movie.
