Built for pleasure, Veronica 2030 is a love android from the future - but there's a problem with the programming... The robot has discovered the delicious sensation of human passion. The insatiable android must be stopped before she has a sexual short circuit.

The year is 2030 and two scientists, Felix and Maxine, are about to release their latest creation, Veronica a fully functional pleasure android, out onto the market. Unfortunately, untimely interference from a colleague causes Veronica to be sent back to the year 1998. There she meets Harry Horner and becomes a lingerie model to help his ailing catalogue fetish business. Soon Camilla, Harry's competitor, learns of Veronica and steals her away to make Veronica work for her. Eventually, the two scientists locate Veronica and travel back to 1998 in a bid to rescue her. Harry and the scientists combine forces and rescue Veronica from Camilla's clutches. Veronica makes Harry's business a success and he is able to sell it to an interested buyer. Veronica and Harry have fallen in love and she decides to stay in 1998 along with the two scientists!—Mark Smith <msmith@osi.co.uk>

Dr. Felix Frankel and his assistant Maxine are working on a new pleasure android, Veronica 2030 (designating the year of manufacture). Max indicates she is loading the erotic imagery onto the mental "stimulized" circuit board. She asks Felix just how stimulated he wants her. He replies that he wants her to hold back nothing as any sexual safeguards may inhibit her personality traits. Max mutters under her breath that what men like versus what women respond to sexually are two totally different things.

Felix insists that he is not redesigning a woman, but making one, perfect, loving, responsive, incredibly sexual woman who meet the needs of the currently anti-sexual world. Max agrees she will be intensely passionate. Felix says that she will need to be in our barren society where men and women have lost interest in each other.

Max mutters under her breath that maybe while they're making love they can teach guys not to be such dorks all the time. Max indicates that Veronica is ready for activation, that her programming is complete. Dr. Frankel subjects her to cranial bombardment until she is 100% activated.

They perform some performance checks. She has heightened sensitivity in her artificial epidermis. As an entire run of her short nerve endings is performed, Max shouts that all the stimuli reaching her central system chip are causing an overload. Frankel shuts down all power to the droid.

Max asks if reprogramming will be needed. Frankel says not until we collect some more data. A little more stimulation and the whole lab would have exploded. Max reminds him that being responsive is what they have worked three years to achieve. He indicates that they need to go over the programming stats, calling for the old files. They leave the lab.

A subordinate worker, Chambers, enters the lab and spots Veronica. Wanting to know how much progress has been made on her development, he goes to the computer keyboard and types a command. The android sits up and says, "I am Veronica. Pleasure me and I'll pleasure you."

He removes the foil sheets covering her chest and her hips. He is startled at how realistic she is. He tells her to let him do one thing and he'll be right back. He types one more command. Alarms go off and in a flash Veronica disappears.

Dr. Frankel and Max return to the lab. She has the block file that holds how Veronica was made. They look around the room wondering where Veronica is. Chambers admits that he was trying to copy some files. "The whole place went crazy and she just vanished!" Max tells Dr. Frankel that Chambers was in the erotic image files and the source code for over 500 years of sexual behavior. The doctor guesses that she was placed in a transmission field. Max congratulates Chambers on having accidentally discovered naked time travel. Somehow, they've got to find her.

Veronia finds herself naked inside Hollywood Harry's House of Fetishes. Needing clothes, she helps herself to one of his suggestive outfits. She wanders into the back where a photographer Dan Silver is conducting a photo shoot for Harry's new catalog. Business has been poor compared to his rival, Camilla's House of Pain and Pleasure. Although there are two curvaceous models, Dan tells Harry they just don't measure up to the competition. He expresses the need to pay higher rates to get really hot women to make the catalog sizzle. Harry bemoans that what capital remains is tied up in this very shoot.

Veronica steps up to be seen by Harry, Dan and the two girls, Billy Jo and Bobby Joe. As the conversation was centered on rates of pay for models, they ask the newcomer about herself. She introduces herself as Veronica 2030. The two girls think she's quoting her posing rate. They complain that the most they've ever gotten was $200.

Veronica agrees to join the shoot, but says she would rather not do it alone. The three mount the stage and go through their motions. Dan exclaims that this is the best photo shoot ever! Harry indicates there will be a bonus for all three.

Dan shows Harry the photos from the shoot. They are great. Dan claims that Harry's heart is just not into his business. Harry admits it's true. He really wanted to be a computer systems analyst. He inherited the store from his uncle. He would consider selling out.

Back in the future, Max has locked onto erotic signals that Veronica is transmitting. With luck, she can lock onto a time a place in which to find her. She determines that the time setting is somewhere in the 1990s.

Veronica finds Harry watching videos from his competitor Camilla. She has started a cable channel. She tells him that she would like to more to help him. He replies that to do so, he will need her full name and social security number. Knowing neither one, she cannot provide them. Harry asks how she got into the store. She answers that the last thing she remembers is being in a lab. He thinks maybe she was drugged and dumped.

Dan shows his photo proofs to Camilla as they sit in the backseat of her limousine. She compliments him on being her favorite spy. He assures her that Harry has the hottest thing since Victoria's Secret. All Harry Horner has are creditors. Camilla insists she'll get her to join her team. Veronica is not interested in her offer as she is somewhat attracted to Harry.

With Veronica's image, sales for Harry are way up. Then Veronica catches Billy Jo and Bobby Jo putting the moves on Harry. Dan insists she could be on billboards across the country if properly handled. He introduces her to Camilla. Harry can't figure out why he can find neither Dan or Veronica.

Camilla tries to win Veronica's loyalty by taking her to bed and really pushing her buttons. She asks if this isn't better than making love with Harry. Veronica can't say as she and Harry were never intimate.

Camilla promises her everything she could possibly want including the services of her handsome chauffeur Gunther. Camilla orders Gunther to please Veronica. She watches on a hidden camera to see how things are going. Gunther tells Veronica to relax, that he will do all the work.

Meanwhile, businessman Jason Parish shows up at Harry's as a prospective buyer for his shop. He insists that the purchase price includes all the models, especially Veronica.

After her session with Gunther, Veronica wants to see Camilla. But the doors are sealed. Unable to get out, she asks Gunther to say something geeky. He responds with, I'm watching a Dr. Who marathon.

Back in the future, Max cries in delight that she's found Veronica in 1998 Los Angeles. Dr. Frankel presses them to immediately go fetch her. They disrobe together in order to undergo naked time travel. They are surprised at how attracted to each other they are. Harry is bowled over at the accolades Veronica is receiving. She has been invited to be the guest of honor at the upcoming World Eroticon and has been named the first sex fetish star by the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce. He really misses her presence. Max and Dr. Frankel find themselves on the floor of Harry's store, just as Veronica did. Harry finds them and offers them a soda. They are surprised to enjoy carbonated beverages that have been outlawed for more than 50 years. Harry is excited to find that they are time travelers. Dr. Frankel then explains that Victoria is an alloy skeletal 2030 android with top of the line epidermis and secretion capabilities.

Now, all they need is to get Veronica back. They learn that Camilla is readying her for a video shoot in the Caribbean. They get Dr. Frankel and Max to pose as film executives. The two BJ's seduce Dan to get information on access to Veronica. The doctor and Max come into the room with Veronica and Gunther in action. It's clear that she is not enjoying things. She declares that she wants to be a strong woman who can make her own choices, not just be a sex queen beholden to others.

Max tweaks Veronica's circuit boards to make her more assertive and have feelings. Gunther is fired by Camilla, who demands that Dan now take care of her. "I'll tell you when to stop."

Dr. Frankel asks Veronica what caused her to be attracted to Harry. She answers that he showed me kindness. Harry wants to know what she jumped ship to Camilla. Veronica replies, "I saw you with the Billy Jo and Bobby Jo and was hurt.

Harry says he really wants a relationship with Veronica to mean something. She agrees. He questions her again, "Are you really a robot?"

"Yes."

"Cool!"

Dr. Frankel and Max should be going back to 2030, but they decide to take a 1998 vacation. He admits he could use a break.

The BJ's lavish lots of attention on Mr. Parish. He is going to be happy with his new company.

Camilla's sales are down.
