Gohan has the Power Pole. It should be at Kami's Lookout.

While Goku is in the beam struggle with Dr. Wheelo, the top of his Gi was ripped apart while yelling "Power up!". In the next shot his Gi is intact completely.

At the end of the fight with Dr. Wheelo, the Z-Fighters are apparently breathing in space, which is impossible.

The film is set after the battle with the Saiyans, yet Piccolo is alive. He was killed by Nappa. Only further adding to the plot hole is the fact that Gohan's "I Love Mr. Piccolo" scene actually shows Piccolo's death scene.
