It balances comedic and dramatic elements, offering a fascinating insight into the human condition. One difference that sets it apart from its contemporaries is the social context. It doesn't focus on poor people who struggle to make a living. Instead, its characters become acquainted with a new lifestyle, glamorous and unfamiliar ways of entertainment. The Greek countryside, culture and tradition give way to an urban, "international" landscape. Also, it has to said it's remarkably brave for a movie of its time to feature adultery as one of its main themes.
The music is lovely, too especially the song Ala, anoixe ki alli mpoukala.

Logothetidis was a great comedian.He knew how to combine cmedy and drama in his films.Here he plays a miserly husband who changes his life after anight with a beautiful girl.Great script and cast and nice music from Souyioul.For youngers and elders too.
