Professor Wexler (Robert Englund) was probably murdered with an ax in his office at some unknown point and the legend used to murder him is unclear, 8. Sasha Thomas (Tara Reid) is murdered at her radio station by an ax with Natalie as a witness out in the hallway as a reference to the "Roller Coaster Of Love" murder legend, 9. The janitor who rescues Natalie is killed by the "Gang Initiation" legend

Natalie and Paul survive Brenda's attempt to kill them in the same way she killed Michelle. What their ultimate fate after they survive that night is unclear. A new student at Pendleton in the closing scene mentions that Natalie was his former roommate's cousin which could hint Natalie is still alive. Brenda is shown to have survived at the end so she could possibly have tracked them down and killed them, but there is no clear proof.
