The story starts out with the news that Jim, Benny, Ray and Steve are getting kicked out of their house because they haven't been paying rent on time. As luck would have it, the spying neighbors think that the roommates are up to no good and call the FBI on them. The house gets raided and the guys cleverly escape through the back yard and wind up spending the night on the banks of the river, only to get busted and hauled off to jail.

I thought it was very very funny and true to life. It's a must see for any person that is a roommate or going to become a roommate or anyone who likes good comedies. Great acting and good music throughout the movie. I really enjoyed it.
