Reluctant Justice

I unearthed this buried treasure at a bargain bin at my video store and it was well worth the $7.99 price. I haven't enjoyed a film this much in many many years. The pace and quirky characters kept me on the edge of my seat laughing. I would definitely recommend this movie. Wells Fargo for President!!!

All I have to say is WOW. What a great movie. This is one of those movies that you keep thinking about day after day and want to see it again to make sure you didn't miss anything. I think the writing is so creative, you have to see it twice to appreciate it!

This movie was the best movie I have seen in a long time. It has all the qualities that I look for in a movie...Suspense, action, drama, symbolism, an unexpected ending and a sexy main character. It made me feel many emotions, even brought tears to my eyes. I thought it was easy to get caught up in the movie because the characters were so realistic. After seeing Reluctant Justice, I couldn't get it out of my head for a long time. It changed my life. It is an amazing work of art. Thank you to the Director for making such a great film.

This movie is so visually stimulating that I had to really pay attention. It's a movie that you actually have to think about. (It's nice to have to use your brain once in a while.) The underlying tones...the hidden meanings...the mind is truly at work during this movie. I really enjoyed it and I'm hoping for a sequel. This is an incredible story and all I have to say to sum it up is...REVENGE IS SWEET, ISN'T IT?!?!

I just saw this film and I was really impressed how well the story was told visually. The story line jumps back and forth between innocent suburbia and the filth and grime of organized crime in the city as a son sets out to avenge his father's mysterious death. The camera moves from bright sundrenched suburbs to the darkness of inner city life. The color saturation of the picture seems to change, getting subsequently less colorful as the main character gets caught up in that world. Some of the plot twists however seem a little contrived but I was caught up enough in the story so that it didn't really bother me.
