If you like 'Bikini Carwash Company'

If you like Bikini Carwash Company then you'll like California Hot Wax. It's not quite as good as BCC, but story is almost exactly the same. It's filmed in the same vein as BCC, with a hard rockin' guitar score. There are some genuine funny parts in it. But most of all, the women...there are some gorgeous women in the movie.

You have to get the HUMOR!

I get it.. no money and it needed to sell. The regular cast was wonderful. the "babe's" bad. The script not so good overall. but it was a near perfect"no money l"et's get it made" type film. I recognize some of the players. Love The Rocky son's.. They seem to be improvising and doing it well. Love to know what everyone is doing now. Okay, the music a "sucky"and the pretty babes were repeated shots, but that's what this audience wants, I'd guess. That looks like Butch Hartman the animator? He was lots of fun to watch. Boo to the spoilers who don't get this. The photography was very well done. Low budget, wet streets. This was more then "let's get a barn and put up a play".

One of the worst movies I've seen...

This movie is not worth seeing, unless you're looking for really bad movies. I saw it a couple of years ago and is now thinking of seeing it again just to laugh at the bad acting, the lousy story and the 8-10 cars always beeing washed at the carwash. The budget was probably not big enough to use more than a few cars... This movie is only remembered because it's the worst I've seen...
