In the party with all the TVs, Blair's hairstyle changes while she is talking to Clay.

When Clay finds Julian sleeping on the park bench and wakes him up, Julian sits up with leaves and grass in his hair. In the next shot, the leaves and grass are immediately gone.

When Blair stops dancing and sits down next to Clay on the couch, he is just starting to take a bite of a lemon. When the camera angle changes, his hand is nowhere near his mouth.

When Blair and Clay look for Julian at a club in Los Angeles, they pull up to the valet with the convertible top down in pouring ran, but yet they are completely dry.

Red Corvette is missing radio antenna in some scenes.

When Julian (Robert Downey Jr) climbs the balcony and breaks into his parents' house, he is shown using a credit card to slip the latch on a sliding door, but when he opens the door it can be seen that there is no latch mechanism in the area of the door frame where he had inserted the credit card.

When Julian uses a credit card to open the sliding glass door at his parents' home it's obvious that there is no latch or lock where he inserted the card when the door opens.

In the overhead shot of the Corvette skidding through the intersection, several other sets of tire marks are clearly left from previous takes.

As Clay and Blair are walking through the tunnel arguing, just before they stop walking, Clay's eyes clearly shift ahead of them several times to check his mark (the point where he stops and stands in place).

Clay checks Julian's pulse by placing his fingers on the left side of his neck and thus surmises he is dead.

However, there is a clear and unmistakable pulse visible on the right side of his neck.

Michael Bowen plays the character of Rip's enforcer in the film. He is only ever referred to as "Bill," but is incorrectly called "Hop" in the end credits.

When Julian is dead, and his head is leaning back, his eyelids move can be seen moving slightly when Blair is holding him.

When Rip, Bill, Clay and Blair meet in a club, Rip says the words "Why don't you ask Julian," but his lips are clearly saying, "Why don't you ask Blair." He even points directly at Blair when saying it.

When Rip's bodyguard is following Blair through the club, the long Steadicam shot ends in a medium group shot where not only the boom is visible but the boom operator too. He even looks at the camera.

The entire camera crew is visible in the rear-view mirror of the corvette while it is stopped in the tunnel.

A crew member is seen in the shot that zooms in through the window of Blair's ransacked loft. The man is clearly visible for several seconds of the shot, dressed in blue overalls and a backwards baseball cap, crouching in the bottom left corner of the window.

At the cemetery, Clay tells Blair a story which starts: "I remember when Julian's mother died. We were five." Though earlier in the film, Julian and Clay share a drink over 10 years of friendship.
