- Professor Charles Xavier: You can come out now. You were told to remain at the Mansion.
- Kitty Pryde: I couldn't. It's my fault Magneto has the power circuit. I've got to help stop him!
- Professor Charles Xavier: What you plan to do is very dangerous.
- Kitty Pryde: I have to help! The world Magneto wants to destroy is MY world too! Oh, Professor, wish me luck!

- Professor Charles Xavier: Good luck, my dear. Good luck to us all.
- The Blob: This is where you stop. Nothing can move The Blob!
- Nightcrawler: And I wouldn't dream of trying. Auf Wiedersehen.
- Juggernaut: What's wrong Charlie? No warm welcome for your dear step-brother?
- Professor Charles Xavier: You've always been welcome in my home Kane. It's your choice of friends I question.
- Kitty Pryde: How do you know what I can do? The things you mentioned in the letter... Nobody knows! Not even my parents.
- Kitty Pryde: Ugh! What is that?

- Wolverine (Logan): The kid stays here. She'll just get in the way.

- Magneto: You fool! Do you have any idea of what you've just done?

- Magneto: When the Brotherhood of Evil Mutants gets through, humans will no longer have a place on planet Earth!
- Wolverine (Logan): Rrrawww! Get with it! The X-men don't have room for whiny brats!
- Kitty Pryde: Who are you calling whiny? I'll show you! I'll...
- Dazzler: Hold it, Kitty! Wolverine may not be Mr. Sunshine, but he isn't the enemy.
- Magneto: Hello, Nightcrawler. Fascinating, isn't it? Earth shall be destroyed in precisely three minutes.
- Nightcrawler: Not if I can help it!
- Magneto: Ah, but you can't. No one can.
- Storm: Well, Wolverine, you were against Kitty being a member of the team. What do you think, now?
- Wolverine (Logan): Rrrawww, so the kid got lucky. That don't make her an X-Man.
