Legend has it that parts of a simple squirt gun where used in making it. In other words, you can't buy one anywhere. Several companies do offer "Rocket Blower" battery operated pipes that blow smoke at you with the use of a small fan. These also can range in size. However none of these type of pipes feature the self-heating element seen in the Sarge's gun.
