The cork on the table changes position between scenes when the Wild Bunch is telling Jessie James the robbery plan.

After Hank is shot, the blood stain on his shirt has a long, narrow streak of blood running down from the impact blood stain, but when he and Jesse meet up with Juanita and her parents, the long streak of blood is gone.

When Manuel Lopez is asked if he speaks English, he always says "a little" in Spanish, but he seems to understand and speak English perfectly at all other times throughout the film.

During Dr. Maria Frankenstein's experiments in the film, she uses World War II Army helmets with the tops of them painted red and with yellow tape wrapped around them and holding some neon tubing to them.

Contrary to the film's title, it is actually Frankenstein's granddaughter that Jesse James meets.
