Doreamon is a show which is unforgettable by every indian kid born after 2000

Doraemon isn't perfect. When viewed objectively, it is simply not a masterpiece. BUT, how boring would the world be if we viewed everything objectively, lacking the zeal and passion that is an integral component of our very being. In a way, Doraemon is like my mother- I know that she isn't perfect, but I love her to the moon and there is nobody who can replace her. And just like that, not a thing in existence can replace Doraemon for me. It defined a major part of my childhood, shaping my memories along the way. I still giggle reminiscing the awe with which I used to adore my television time with Doraemon (And those gadgets, oh those beautiful little gadgets). The curiosity, the giggles, and the emotions that this show carries is beyond anything that I might ever experience in my life. I'm running short on time, but I can praise this show all day long. I'll end by giving it the highest compliment that I can conjure- Doraemon IS my childhood. And this review is a love letter to my childhood.

Doraemon is a cat-type robot in the 22nd century. He is 129.3 cm tall, the girth of the chest are 129.3 cm and his weight is 129.3 kg. He has a pocket of the fourth dimension at his stomach. His favorite food is dorayaki which he eats everyday. He has a younger sister whose name is Dorami.

He came to the house of Nobi Nobita from the 22nd century taking a time machine, and he lives with the Nobi. Nobita, the only child of the family, is a friend of Doraemon. He is bullied by his friend Jaian and Suneo almost everyday. In such a time, Doraemon takes out tools made in the 22nd century from his pocket of the fourth dimension for Nobita to punish them. So, Nobita always trusts Doraemon.

Not only he has tools to punish bullies, but he also has various tools from his pocket. For example, take-copter is a tool to fly in the sky. It has a propeller and put it on head. Docodemo-door is a door which enables people to go anyplace. Small light is a light to make a person or objects small.

I said Doraemon is a cat-type robot, but he does not have ears, which his ears were eaten by rats. Therefore, he dislikes rats and this is his weak point. If you pull his small tail, he will stop moving. This is also his weak point.

I grew up watching this on TV every Sunday at 8. Doraemon is one of the best anime series and Fujio changed the world forever. A classic!

This series is undoubtedly one of the best children's series I have ever seen. Full of life-giving morals, funny jokes, and very good morals. Highly recommend.

I really love doraemon episodes... how long does it takes to make 1 episode of doraemon.. can 1 person make it???

The show is absolute love!! The episodes keep you hooked and the animation is good. The jokes are humorous from a kid's point of view. The characters have their own flaws. The show succeeds in showing us both a world where doraemon wasn't there and where he was there. The character development is also very good. What it lacks at is it's speed, which is slow

This is a very funny animation series about a robot from the future named Doraemon. This robot was sent by Nobita's grand-grandson or something to help Nobita through every little bit of trouble. Nobita happened to be a lazy (but sometimes brilliant) boy who is madly in love with Shizuka, and has two friends: "Giant" Takeshi and Suneo. Whenever Nobita gets into trouble Doraemon always helps with a futuristic gadget which then is misused by Nobita and/or his friends. This series is a legend in Japan and should be released in its entirety as DVD in English, German, Japanese, Indonesian, and Swahili!

While the 2005 Doraemon has amazing episodes, at the end the 1979 one is still the Original Classic Doraemon, which has so much Nostalgia and Childhood Memories attached with it... Classic Doraemon was different...

Doraemon Is My Favourite All The Time..It Is A Kids Masterpiece Anime...Has Emotions,Adventures,Help Each Other Etc...

I love this show! I had revisited CatDog after years of having not watching, and didn't laugh. I think I've outgrown it. The concept of a cat and dog connected to each other was funny when I was a kid, but now at 29, I thought it was boring. However, I watched this, and I laughed to the point of tears! It's about a Japanese boy named Nobita. He's a good kid overall, but he also has poor common sense and struggles to stay motivated in school. Doraemon, a 22nd century robot cat, was sent to the past to help Nobita, ensuring his descendants can have a better life. He has gadgets that are readily available when he needs to help Nobita. There are other supporting characters as well, who are also children. The humor is quirky, but also doesn't try too hard. Parents don't have to worry about their kids watching this. Just like with Japanese cartoons in general, it's aesthetically pleasing and creative.

I spend a lot of time in Barcelona, and the show that I never miss – indeed, Spanish TV's saving grace – is Doraemon. I watch it in catalan, and it is huge over there, absolutely massive. And it is brilliant! Just the sheer inventiveness of the gadgets and the scenarios – I mean, the guy writing the stories is seriously warped. Yes, it is desperately formulaic, but every episode is as enjoyable as the last one, and there are often slightly dark undercurrents – and the story is always fast-paced. Plus the cat, Doraemon, is a very lovable character, endlessly patient, while Nobita is a total waste of space, but easily identified with. I don't have a TV in the UK, and am quite happy to carry on watching it in catalan, but I can't help feeling a lot of people are missing out big time... Or perhaps it was on British TV long ago, and I missed it?

No words to say...just I say ..it made my childhood full of happiness + I am 19 but I still see it because the way of showing stories and gadgets and characters is just so good 😊😊😊 amazing. Doramon always have all those dreamy gadgets and the scope of episode is very much because of the imagination of any sort of gadget. Nobita being lazy in daily works but become heroic in adventures and helping his friends especially Shizuka..Shizuka being the figure of a perfect girl...a girl should be like.. sweet, helping, beautiful and so on...Gian & Suneo being the villain like characters who always tease Nobita leading to Introduction of new gadget by Doraemon in most episodes....

I deeply apologize for my old negative review of Doraemon. Looking back, I was too quick to judge. After watching both the original series and the 2005 reboot again, my heart softened. The stories are heartwarming, imaginative, and full of life lessons. I used to dislike the 2005 art style, but now I've grown to appreciate its charm and humor. Doraemon has truly earned its place as a timeless classic. I now understand why it's loved by so many, and I proudly count myself as a fan of both versions.

All character of this show looks super bad. Their face looks yikes. Such a silly show who's having a dippy boy nobita. Waste of time & stories are truly bothering. Always nobita gets truble and he run for doraemon. Doraemon display a gadget & gives a boring long lecture according to that gadget like a manual. Then this coward boy run for showing this gadget to that overacted dramatic girl shizuka & after a while he caught by block head gian & suneo,, What more?? A regular story of every episode. And now the producer is making this more indecent. Show name is on doraemon but he's about to extinct & everything about nobita booh!! Irritaiting show ever in the whole world.

One of my favorite cartoon ever! I love doreamon more then any cartoon. Please never stop this cartoon. When i was child i was think that i'm nobita. And i have a doreamon who is invisible!

Even though i am a teenager i love to watch Doraemon very much it us just so lovable that i can't leave to watch this show. If doraemon creators stop makiinf new episodes that would be a disaster so pls just don't stop making new episodes and keep up the good work. I was finding a platform to review doraemon but i couldn't find a real and official japanese platform or website sp i finally decided to rate it here on imdb. I love this show and will never stop watching this i hope they also never stop making new episodes. Its a perfect all in one show for everyone in which where there is comedy there is sadness, happiness qnd in very emotion and also not just for but for adults as well and every character i would say have a unique identity and habits.
