Right after Dracula's carriage crashes, he can be seen in the background running toward his coffin, but in the next shot, he is sitting on the ground.
When Larry Talbot leaves the ice cave to look for Dr. Frankenstein's records, he has neither socks nor shoes on. But when he enters the next room where the records are hidden, he is suddenly wearing shoes.
When Dr. Niemann helps Daniel out of the prison rubble, he lets go of Daniel's arm twice.
As the Wolf Man thaws out, his right hand is on his stomach and his left hand is on his chest. One dissolve and he has changed back into Larry Talbot, but now his hands have switched positions - his right hand is on his chest and his left hand is on his stomach.
As Dracula's carriage is being pursued by the police on horseback, Daniel pushes Dracula's coffin onto the road. Dracula sees what happened, but then the carriage breaks loose from its hitch and falls down a cliff. Dracula then races towards his coffin, which is now located on the top of a hill that is nowhere near in proximity to
where it landed.
When Larry Talbot emerges alive from the ice that he was frozen in, his clothes are perfectly dry and pressed.
When Dracula is thrown from his carriage and looks up to the top of the hill where his coffin lays, half of his mustache is missing.
When Larry Talbot transforms into the Wolf Man for the final time, his hands are not made up. This can be spotted before he crashes through the glass door.
As Professor Bruno Lampini's wagon, driven by Dr. Niemann and Daniel, approaches the Gypsy camp, the background behind Daniel is still moving even after one sees that the wagon has stopped.
When leaving the Gypsy camp and when Dr. Niemann and Daniel have 107 km to reach Vasaria, they close the wagon door, where one still sees rocks out the window of the door. The wagon starts shaking like it is moving, but the scenery does not change.
Just after the scene where Dracula disintegrates into a skeleton in the sunlight, one sees the wagon driven by Dr. Niemann and Daniel pass a sign reading "Frankenstein - 1km". While searching for Dr. Frankenstein's records beneath the ruins of his son Ludwig's house, Dr. Niemann and Daniel discover both the Wolf Man and Frankenstein's Monster frozen in ice. After thawing out the Wolf Man, he then changes back to Larry Talbot. Dr. Niemann tells him that he can cure him of his curse if he obtains the records of Dr. Frankenstein, which were last observed being read by Dr. Mannering in Frankenstein contro l'uomo lupo (1943) during a laboratory scene prior to the house being destroyed in a flood caused by a nearby dam that was blown up with dynamite by the villagers. Talbot immediately proceeds to another room, where he reaches into the wall and miraculously pulls out the record book, totally intact and undamaged.
In some earlier releases of the film, when Daniel is trying to show Ilonka what a pentagram looks like, he draws a simple hexagon, not a five-pointed star in a circle. What is even worse, they must have used multiple takes, because after a cut, the symbol gets even simpler, and now there is a pentagon on the paper where the hexagon used to be.
Later releases of it have edited this issue out.
When Ilkona prepares the pistol to kill Larry Talbot, she loads the bullet before the wadding. This would actually result in the bullet either not firing or not firing with enough pressure to be of any use.
