Mumbai, Aug 14 (Ians) Actress Palak Purswani, who is known for her work in ‘MTV Splitsvilla’ Season 7, ‘Yeh Rishtey Hain Pyaar Ke’, ‘Meri Hanikarak Biwi’, ‘Ek Aastha Aisi Bhee’, ‘Badii Devrani’, and ‘Bade Bhaiyya Ki Dulhania’, and also appeared on ‘Bigg Boss Ott 2’, is all set for the Grand Finale of the streaming counterpart of the reality show.

Palak took to the stories section of her Instagram on Monday and shared a photo collage as she got ready for the ‘Bigg Boss Ott 2’ grand finale. She wrote on the pictures, “Let’s get finale ready (sic)”.

Mumbai, April 16 (Ians) Actor Sanjeev Jotangia, who plays the role of Radheshyam Yadav in the show ‘Sapnon Ki Chhalaang’, spoke about his character, who is progressive as well as traditionalist, and also shared how he relates to his on-screen personality.

He shares: “Radheshyam Yadav’s character has intrigued me since the time I heard the script. A man in his late 40s, he is the definition of a bridge between two generations. So, when it comes his daughter, he believes in women’s empowerment through education. Yet, when it comes to sending his daughter to a new city, he is torn with concerns about her well-being away from home. My character is progressive, yet he is still a traditionalist.”

Actress Kaveri Priyam, who is known for a variety of roles on the small screen, spoke about how she wanted to be a film actor in the initial days but then she got good opportunities on TV.

However, she refrains from getting tagged as a TV actor as she feels that actors are actors at the end of the day, and can act equally well irrespective of the medium.

There have been rumours of the possibility of the show going off air for sometime now.

Now with news from our reliable sources, we can tell you that the favourite show starring Shaheer Sheikh, Rhea Sharma, Avinash Mishra and Kaveri Priyam will go off air.

It was once a runaway ratings success for the channel but has witnessed a dip due to the changing time of the coronavirus pandemic.

‘Yeh Rishtey Hain Pyaar Ke’ is expected to continue until the end of the month before it is replaced by ‘Saathiya 2’.

As for Yeh Rishtey Hain Pyaar Ke, the post Covid time change did not do well for the show. It probably lost its core audience in the time shift. The numbers had dropped post the Covid break!

Abir's love for Mishti knows no bounds. The  characters of Rajan Shahi's "Yeh Rishtey Hain Pyaar Ke" who are popularly known as MishBir seem straight out of a fairy tale but are very relatable at the same time. Asked what's taking him so long to act in a Hindi movie, Shaheer told a publication?in a telephonic interview: "I am waiting for the right opportunity and character.
