The film was a contribution to the standard of Classic filming. Thanks to the Actor's & Crews for a fabulous contribution. The story was a simple one with complex characters but easily decode them with a little bit concentration on the story. Each and every characters the director imagined was in the screen by meeting his expectations. Anyway the film is recomendable to Current Generation and Old Generation due to an attractive mass story ...

The story is unique and well taken by joshiy. From the beginning till end the movie was continuously engaging and entertaining. The lead actors showed true justice to the characters.

Must watch....superbelly picturized.....cult joshy....stuff..

Joshiy is a familiar name to Malayalees. He has marked his name in Mollywood forever with a bunch blockbuster action movies and flops too. His recent release Porinju Mariam Jose is an action entertainer as all his movies are. Joshiy made the movie with old style which bore todays audiences. But I think he has done a good job as he maintained the same boring style and gave us a decent entertainer worth watching a time. Chemban Vinod and Joju George has done a very good job as the two titular characters but Nyla Usha disappoints as someone else would have rocked as Mariam. The main problem of the movie was it lacked good villains. The villains acted badly and their characters had no depth. The combination scenes between Porinju and Jose could also have been better as they lacked intensity. There are a few comedies and nostalgia to old Malayalam movies. Overall, PMJ is a one time watchable movie and one should not expect anything new.

An extraordinary film by Joshi and team. Especially the casting was perfectly done. Each and everyone in the movie contributed very well. Joju and Jose performed exceptionally well. We really enjoyed watching this movie. Hats off to the entire team.

An ugly, dark and disgusting movie with no real plot.

It is amazing story and good thirilling entertiner and must watchable.The actors and actress are awesome performance.

There is nothing extraordinary in how Porinju Mariam Jose (given Malayali Christian-origin names) is made and what it tries to convey but I can't deny that I did not enjoy director Joshiy's trademark high-octane action sequences, loud and pregnant embodiment of crime, the overall raw vibe that he manages to bring out in his actors who speak impeccable Thrissur slang. TN.

Everything looked fine until interval. However, the plot was unnecessarily dragged thereafter. All departments like camera and acting of all characters were awesome. However, the story writer wasn't able to create a ploy that can make people feel value for their money and time. Poor direction, unnecessary violence, pathetically dragged plot, crappy climax

Chemban vinod steals the show.

Nyla jose is beautiful and acted well.

Joju has good screen presence and is a good actor, need to reduce his weight:)

Not that much comedy....story is good. Actors are very talented. But overall its a tragedy movie

This movie is really awesome. The storyline is fabulous. I love Joju George and Vinod Jose, they both are a great pair. From today onwards I am a huge fan of Joju George. Loved this movie alot.

A beautiful movie with a lot of potential ruined with too long extreme violence towards the end which would give a complete discomfort to average audience and a disappointing climax. First half is remarkable with excellent set up of 1960s and 1985s reminding the english Movie " back to the future. " and malayalam movie "Amen " .So many typical kerala charactors, dressing, market scenes etc.. deserves high praise with extra ordinary high tech camera .However most of the audience would likely start feeling discomfort due to the extreme violence after the interval and at the end all good guys lose their lives by bad guys . Joshey should have use little more sense to make this amazing movie concept to a better conclution rather than giving the average audience extreme disappointment.

Amazing movie with a deep sense! i have watched this movie about three times!

This is a good movie. In term of plot there is not much about. The movie keeps you in the seat. The acting by all the characters are very natural. The main characters chemban and joji steal the show, their chemistry is very good. The action and brutally in the movie is awesome and you can feel it happening rather than any slow mo, they stick to being real.

The chemistry between actress and actor is likable. She also did a very good justification to her character.

There are some humour element also, to make it more watchable.

The dialogue delivery is awesome.

The climax can be made into a happier node.

A simple village tale with the supreme talent of lead actors turn it into a memorable watch, jose,porinju and maria will remain in the audience mind as they make us feel like they are one among them,joju is a late found gem in malayalam film industry,another feather to his cap

Just wasted my money and time.Another predictable joshiey movie without offering anything new.The first half was good and coming to the second half it became predictable and a small twist in its end. Not recommended!!!

It's a great movie with lot of emotions presented in a amazing way.... All actors give a fine performance there no mistakes in any division of this movie... Brilliant script and brilliant direction.... One of the great action thriller movie.

Joju George is a bit of a star now. Chemban was always a popular actor. Nyla Usha was unremarkable despite having a strong female role. The film is basically old wine in a new bottle. The same old lovable village goons fighting with the village bigwigs in the backdrop of church festivals. Parts of it were interesting. But it was mostly over the top and unremarkable. I did not enjoy it.

Movie contains many unwanted scenes .the movie would have been more better without those elements

It is better for Joshi to stay at home without having to do a flurry
