Season 1 of Mind the Malhotras is a very good watch, especially for audience in the 30+ age group. It is a light hearted, subtle humour that relies heavily on the performances of lead actors and overall characterisation. Now, a subtle humour is not everyone's cup of tea. Do not expect jokes that are loud or literally in your face. Each episode in Season 1 has a little bit of theme and how the various characters get about that theme. Definitely a good watch.

Season 2 however is completely messed up. It runs into the standard Season 2 greed where the makers try to create a larger canvas, more characters, bigger themes. But the basic essence of the show is lost in the process. A light hearted comedy is not the place to preach people about premarital sex, teenage pregnancy, gay marriages, lesbian relationships and love stories of senior citizens. I am not against these topics but Mind the Malhotras is way too subtle to take up such topics. Also, the first and last episodes of Season 2 are simply unwatchable. I hope the makers of the show do not make these mistakes in Season 3 (whenever that comes). In short, Season 2 is completely and totally avoidable.

It's a light comedy show that will make you smile throughout.. On the acting front, everyone has been good.. The plot is simple but different from the usual Indian comedies and as far as how a family comedy show should have been, it has definitely lived up to that mark from every angle..

I really like flow of story, It was smooth, didn't get too boring anywhere.

If you are looking for time pass story and with smile on your face, you can watch this.

But if you are looking for something more than a good story, it will disappoint you. It just makes you involve in the story, but here and there i felt it has some influence or similarity with Man with a plan series.

Mind the Malhotras is a cutely done story about an upper middle class family and their daily whereabouts. The casting is wonderful as all actors have played their part well. Humor quotient found. Upside- Use of social message is included well. Nice thoughtful dialogues. Light, easy to process. Downside- Some scenes are a drag. Could have better story line. Fun to watch

Honestly, it's a pretty good series if you watch it blind-minded. Actually its a family pack entertainment and way way way better than those nonsense daily soaps...I don't why so many people hating it, maybe they're expecting too much from this, i know its not that good but c'mon its not that bad also

A blissfull get away from those melodramatic dramas on TV and the non ending Tarak mehta ka ulta chashma. Both of them are damn funny and the writing is new and fresh and captures the new families of the metros of India. Definitely give it watch..

I guess the title says it all. Saste claire and Phil Dunphy. EVrything from Body language, to hous esetup , even the way the kids look (I mean seriously atleast some level of originality should be der). It is rightly said "Nakal ke liye bhi akal chahiye" even it is not copied well. Complete disaster , it looks tooo pretentious. Whats the worst part is, situations are also copied, which does not look like Indian problems.

I have always said that any show or a movie liking is someone's personal choice and interpretation that varies through multiple ways.

Keeping that thought in mind, I cant determine if you will like it or not.

I loved the show and binge watched it. It is hilarious and both Cyrus and Mini played their characters wonderfully. I had a good laugh through our the show and trust me it will definitely enlighten your mood and will also give you the sense of sweetness and Co-relation with your family life possibly.

Its just 23-25 mins on an average per episode and I liked all of them.

Invest your 230 mins or so, I don't think you will regret it, if you enjoy a natural comedy and would not mind a good laugh and giggle.

Ah such boring emotionless days are normal in a marriage..like a Sunday. Lmao.

I actually really liked this and found it so relatable. About time we have mature actors too very good.

It is totally unoriginal and tries to be a American sitcom show with a lot of scenes copied from so many of their shows. The show lacks a soul because characters don't have a personality of there own and they definitely don't do the things 99.999999% of the Indian families do, their personalities are generic to the American family sitcoms, nothing wrong with American family sitcoms but i have watched them all i don't need a rip off of that.

This Web Series Did Average Performance. Specially Cyrus Sahukar & Mini Mathur.

In Season 2: it's Also Above Average Performance. Specially Above did his Fantastic and othe cast like, Dalip Tahil & Sushmita Mukharjee & Samrir Kochhar & Aandita Pagnis & Nikki Sharma & Denzil Smith & Jason D'Souza Did his/her Good Acting.

You can watch this show and all episodes with straight face.. Nothing funny at all.. The jokes and story has no flow ..also the mother-in law part is absolutely Boring and unnecessarily pushed into the story.. mini Mathur looked cute and tried hard to look natural on the screen and Cyrus just doesn't know how to act.

A way better than any show, ( like vulgarity and other like Mirjapur etc, these were very disturbing shows), this show is Complete entertainment and fun .

Really dumb show... No connection to real world... people are not so dumb in real world. Selection of star cast again totally wrong - real age not at all near to their character's age. How can the director be so lame.

Very good funny serial.first episode is little bit boring but as stories progresses,it get interesting.acting of stars are also very good except little boys acting.face expression and voice of psychologist is very good.high class and high caste family dramma..It had low rating because now a days people like vulgur,adult content not family drama. Negative thing is its story is far from the real world.(most of the incident).

Couldn't go beyond episode 2.It was that bad.Starts with problems faced by cosmopolitan city dwelling couple who meet counsellor. for they are unsatisfied with their lives ..but hey !!!! they belong to progressive society but they are not satisfied with two daughters so they end up having 3rd child as son.Then there is this petty, insulting, snarky comments passed by daughter in law on mother-in-law and trust me it doesn't sound funny ..it sounds outright undignified and disrespectful...This is no humor !!!! No wonder their children are 24/7 on mobile and are least bothered..Wish they had met the counsellor for weaning their children off mobile rather than finding spark in their lives on bed .

Complete waste of time. This show tries hard to be funny. Certain lines are better than the others but in totality the characters lack depth and something doesn't seem to fit in.

Firstly when you are in the middle of 1st episode you might get lost and will try to jump to a different content but if you stick to it you you start like it.. special there are few moments which are really hilarious..

Sone people might try find logic..hey!! To be honest there is no logic or it may be far from reality..This show is just a light hearted family comedy..8/10 stars

Couldn't watch past episode 2. Lacks originality and humour.

Show is classy. Mini Mathur and Cyrus Sahukar are fabulous. Denzil Smith is incredible, a class apart. Dialogues are witty. Direction is superb. To watch this a very joyful experience.

If you are going to rip off a successful show from the English series at least do a good job & not an half hearted attempt. While the show looks to be a rip from Modern Family and these jokers try to pull a Claire and Phil let me tell you these guys are a far cry. The lame jokes and situations are no where close to being humorous or anything for that matter. If anything It makes you cringe in your seat.

Only one extra star for the effort to make something beyond the typical Indian genre, but failed to deliver it. Poor PJs and lose plot enough to stop watching it from the first episode, it gets worse when comes to the acting part.

Awesome Dialogues and screenplay. Watched a great TV show after a long time.
