Crazy, reckless, dumb, headless and hilarious musical comedy about how Tenasious D saves the post-apocalyptic world. I appreciate JB's and KG's own production and art not only in songs, but in picture itself. This work is far from good film with artistic value but it has its own value for D's fans.

Hilarious comedy from Jack and Kyle. As always from the D, awesome music. Big fan and greatly anticipating whatever they put out next. Contrary to the other review, I enjoyed the stripped back animation, the fact JB and KG did the art themselves makes it feel more authentically D.

Would give it 10 but I'm leaving room for whatever they do next. I'm having visions of phallic obsessed aliens who've come to steal Earths lovely ladies. It's up to our tenacious heroes to stop them.

It is clear no creative effort was put into this. looks like the guys just decided to cash in on the. What a shame.

This movie came out of nowhere. While I was scrolling on YouTube I stumbled upon this masterpiece of a movie and there's nothing that screams Tenacious D more than this. Everything from the soundtrack to the animation, which looks like it was made on ms paint, is exactly what I expect from the duo. While watching this movie it really felt like Jack and Kyle had an idea and instead of going through the "proper" channels of Hollywood they did it themselves. This movie is something every Tenacious D fan should see and it truly is a crime against humanity that it's no longer on YouTube (if it is I can't find it).
