This movie is about the real challenges women face in dealing with breast cancer. I attended the show with my daughters who each have had friends who took on this disease head on and survived. I now have a better understanding of this journey. The photography and music is phenomenal. I would recommend the movie to anyone who wants to become involved in helping others along this journey. I had no idea as to the impact the entire family may experience in dealing with the issues of the patient. This film tells the emotional journey of a young woman diagnosed with breast cancer. She has made her living as a model and defines herself through the lens of a society that values external beauty. The screenplay artistically depicts the woman's struggles and triumphs as she comes to recognize her inner beauty. It realistically portrays the impact that a diagnosis has on an entire family as well as the importance of supportive friends.
