I really liked this short up until the end. i agree with the other reviewer that it should've ended earlier. of course there's a fascination with the titular character, but it should've begun and ended with his mother giving him nourishment. i think this ending downplays the fact that the rest of the film largely centered on her intense frustration and exhaustion from caring for her child. other than that, i really enjoyed it and was successfully grossed out!

An atypical horror. Because, not the fear is purpose but the portrait of a dramatic fall. A single mother and her special son. And the words of the other, across years , about his huge apetite. Admirable for many reasons, from the acting to photography and storytelling, it has , maybe, one sin - it is too long. The end at 20:38 could be a better solution , in my opinion.
