inspired by Coppola's Rumble Fish?

Seventh Start is one of my fav album from Iommi (not properly a black sabbath one) but i can't escape the idea that the weird video for the song was in fact strongly inspired by Rumble Fish from Coppola:

the black dog (appearing when the Motorcicle Boy gets killed)
the Cop (i.e. The Motorcycle Boy killer)
the black and white filming
the Fire Escapes
Graffiti on Bridge pillars

and more.

I really would love to learn if Rumble Fish was actually and inspiration for the shooting of this video.

Apart form that, the album, imho, was one of the best Vocal Performance of the 80's by Hughes and i really don't know why it was so underestimated by Black Sabbath fan base. The sound definitely set the stage for the following."The Eternal Idol" - the only thing missing is Hughes huge talent.
